Carolyn Innocenzi, our Chef Concierge, recommends the baked eggplant zucchini. “Personally, I am an eggplant snob,” she says. “There really is something to be said about finding excellent eggplant and Fresco’s is sweet and delicious. It is also baked so it is pretty healthy.”
