The swanky aura and refined drink menu at the new bar at The New York Palace fits the legacy of its namesake to a T. The space is luxurious, with a sleek grey bar, subtle and seductive lighting, rich flooring and comfortable seating.
Cocktails run the table from sweet to savory, with several common threads – complex flavor profiles, carefully selected ingredients, and only the finest spirits. From the suitably named-and-sweetly accented Pampered Pooch to the refreshing Spanish Harlem Rose to the whiskey-and-gin-spiked Queen of Mean, the specialty cocktail menu at Trouble’s Trust is at once adventurous and intriguing. A collection of vintage specialty cocktails provides a wide range of classic drinks, including the Old Fashioned, Cosmopolitan and Manhattan, among others.
The Midtown East bar also serves a variety of wines by the bottle and glass, along with high-end spirits, tea, coffee, and a collection of draft and bottled beer.
