At the New York Palace, we serve several types of guests – the short-term visitors that enjoy The Palace for a few days while on vacation and for business, and our extended stay clients, who stay anywhere from a few weeks to months.
We work hard to treat all of our guests at The Palace like royalty, and make a special effort to accommodate those who are with us longer. In previous posts, we’ve mentioned a few celebrities and dignitaries who’ve stayed at The Palace. As a way to maintain visitors’ privacy, we offer inconspicuous entrances and exits for clients who wish to maintain their level of discretion.
The Palace Towers also offers a variety of services to assist our extended guests, such as access to our Maître d’Etage, dry cleaning, free car service to local venues and a packing and unpacking service, among others. The Palace is even able to accommodate the family pooch during stays.
In addition to the aforementioned services, we have included some special features in renovated rooms that will make extended guest stays even more convenient. In the renovated Corner Suites, we have installed state-of-the-art Miele appliances such as wine refrigerators. Located in the pantry, these appliances were selected to adorn the suites based on their easy functionality.
With our new renovations underway, we ensure that all of our patrons are accommodated in every way possible, no matter how long they choose to stay with us.
