The 5,000-square-foot space is the ideal place for imaginative summer events. Its views of Midtown are staggering, its décor is world-class, and elements like a grand piano and two-story cascading chandelier provide the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and colleagues.
For each of the August events, The New York Palace’s chef and event planners worked together to set a unique tone and create a memorable experience for every attendee. Summer – in all its many forms – was the recurring theme, manifesting itself in refreshing watermelon cocktails at one event, a relaxed dog-and-flip-flop-friendly policy at another, and an only-in-New York live performance by Michael Fredo and his band at a third. The property’s catering team and kitchen drew inspiration from classic menu items, tweaking recipes to create simple, delicious, and easy-to-eat treats.
