Lotte New York Palace is pleased to announce the forthcoming arrival of VILLARD, a unique restaurant located in the historic Villard Mansion at Lotte New York Palace. Reminiscent of New York’s bygone era of luxury dining, VILLARD offers a unique dining experience in a remarkable venue. With a menu of New American Breakfast from Chef Oscar Granados, the cuisine at VILLARD is comprised of locally sourced, farm to table ingredients, which better emphasizes the elegant and warm environment inspired by French Cafes and European Bistros. The dining experience is paralleled with exceptional service making you feel right at home.
Born in Connecticut, Chef Oscar Granados has been cooking his entire life, initially inspired at a young age by his Uncle Yuri, chef of the famed St. James Hotel in Beverly Hills. After attending the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Granados embarked on a career now spanning twenty years and having included work in some of the world’s leading hotels and resorts, including The Ritz-Carlton New York, BLT Steak in The Ritz-Carlton San Juan Puerto Rico and the Tonga Room at The Fairmont San Francisco. Now, Chef Granados turns his vision to VILLARD at Lotte New York Palace.
VILLARD offers a menu of exceptional American or Continental breakfast and brunch, featuring eggs, breads, pastries, cereals, full plates, coffee, tea and more. Chef Granados created a creative menu for the intricate palate which includes farro porridge, avocado toast, smoked salmon, lemon mascarpone pancakes, breakfast pizza, a VILLARD omelet and much more.
Open from 6:30am to 3:00pm daily, VILLARD is ideal for casual brunches, power breakfasts, business meals and everything in between. A unique fine dining experience in a stunning and historical environment, warm and genuine service, and an exciting, locally sourced menu by a celebrated chef makes VILLARD one of the city’s most exciting dining destinations.
