Order our Mini Soft Shell Crab Tacos for the table, the grilled-to-perfection Wagyu Beef Burger for one, and an Espresso Stout Ice Cream Float to finish things off. In addition to its carefully crafted collection of cocktails, The Palace Gate is proud to announce the addition of an exceptional new wine to its 3,200-vintage list. The Triennes Rosé, a special summer addition to our roster, was personally selected by Patrick Cappiello, Wine Director at GILT. The vintage is harmonious and well-balanced, offering elegant aromas of citrus fruit and melon.
The Triennes Rosé originates in the gently sloping hills of Provence in Southern France. Situated 420 to 450 acres above sea level between the mountain ranges of Monts Aurelien and Sainte Baume, the Triennes Estate enjoys France’s classic warm days and cool nights. The region’s unusually long growing season virtually guarantees consistently ripe fruit with good acidity and great complexity.
